We are happy to be able to offer worldwide shipping for all our customers ♥. We now have warehouses in both the US and EU so that we can process your order and get it to you as fast as possible. Normal shipping times for US/EU orders are between 2- 6 business days using DHL/UPS. For all other destinations it can take between 10-21 business days, which can be subject to further handling delays depending on the Covid-19 situation in your country.

Yes! We are happy to let you know we ship internationally via FedEx, DHL or TNT Express for a fast and reliable service. Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of the United States. We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
WHERE'S MY TRACKING INFORMATION?
There's a few ways to check the status of your order & to find your tracking information: 1 - Confirmation email: As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link to your registered email, where you’ll be able to check on the status of your order as it makes its way to you! If you haven’t received your tracking information please be sure to double-check your junk mail for the automatic tracking email. 2 - Customer Account: Log onto the ‘my account’ section of the aava swim website and selecting ‘tracking.’ Once you've logged in you can trace and track your order as it makes its way to you! 3 - Drop Us An Email: Of course, if you need any help tracking your order then don’t hesitate to contact our lovely Customer Experience team via our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH?
We’ve all been there and checked out a little too quickly with the wrong shipping address, so the best thing to do is to send an email to us at email@example.com and explain what’s gone wrong, and if the order hasn’t yet shipped we’ll do our best to change the address!
MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED IN A WHILE, IS THIS NORMAL?
This is completely normal! There can sometimes be a slight delay in scanned updates of your parcel as it makes its way to you through the postal system. If there’s been no update in a few days please send our lovely team an email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll take a look for you to see if we can get some additional information from the couriers!
WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES & TAXES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and/or additional taxes and duties when shipped to international countries outside of the United States. Taxes and duties will be calculated per your shipping country, and while we take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, we do not take responsibility for delays and/or extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.
WHERE IS MY ORDER SHIPPING FROM?
We operate out of two warehouses and ship our swimsuits from the warehouse nearest to you to ensure smooth delivery, as well as minimise environmental impacts of sending swimsuits around the world. For the gals located in the USA, Canada, Mexico and Australia your swimsuits are shipping out from our warehouse in Houston, Texas, USA. For those of you in Europe, or elsewhere in the world we ship these items from Germany. Both of our warehouses operate each business days (excluding bank holidays and festivals in each location) and orders are packaged up and shipped out each business day.
International service disruptions
We are sorry to let you know that there is now a temporary hold on international mail acceptance for the following destinations. This is due to the reduced postal service resulting from COVID-19. If you live in one of the listed countries below, your order will be put on hold and shipped out as soon as the restrictions have been lifted. If you ordered some time ago it is likely that your order has already shipped and will be returned back to us.
